There is an enormous difference!! The first two photos being side by side make that so clear!!

Well done!   Kate

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

Wow!  You're really making progress!!  You are a beautiful woman and from what I have read on the boards a really special person with a lot of compassion.  Keep up the good work!!  You'll be out of that chair in no time!
Congrats!
Steph

m so glad you are a part of this community... yu are a blessing to so many of us. Im glad you feel safe here. your changes are so evident... even in the way you hold your head. You look proud of yourself. You won't regret tracking your progress... imagine being near goal, having more confidance and being able to look back at your journey and what you will be able to share. HOPE. sharing hope is one of the truest things to do in this life. and today... you gave me hope.

AND btw,,, I wish you would consider changing your name here... I don't like it. I do not think you are an airhead. just sayin! xoxo

Wow, the difference is amazing! Well done!

I think that taking photos of yourself on a regular basis is a great idea for anyone. When you're used to looking at yourself in the mirror every day, it's hard to see the changes going on.
