Thanks Vennie,  its sad it takes something that bad to scare us to finally do something about our health.

All I can remember is sitting in that chair scared to do anything, I had to force myself to go to my sons football games and the entire time I was checking my pulse :o( or making my son fix is own dinner because it would trigger a heart attack .  It was lonely , depressing and down right scary .

You are going to do just as well , like I said when it comes to reaching for them foods to over eat go back to that scary place it will bring you back to your senses.

Now , I have my days that I still cheat I'm not dang angel since I got this surgery but its alot better then what I was doing before :o)

Amazing accomplishment! You should be very proud of yourself! Keep that list of NSVs so when you are discouraged, you can take it out and truly remember how far you have come! Congrats again!

You are once again VICTORIOUS!  All that worry for nothin'...see, you made him proud just as you did last time. :)  And with no fills?  Pat yourself on the back (3 sets of 10 reps LOL!).  Thanks for updating us too.

Quite an accomplishment!  Good for you.  I have a hard time with the breakfast thing too but for me it's the not eating and drinking at the same time issue and I CANNOT do without morning coffee.  Keep up the great work. 50 pounds is AMAZING.

thanks everybody for your support and encouragement means alot :o)

I went to support last night and he came up to me last night and told me since I'm self pay I dont have to come in and see him every month if I dont want to and save my free visits for when I need them. .

He said if I continue to lose my 6 pounds a month and I'm still not overeating there is no since coming in and him telling me keep up and wasting one of my visits.

I dont know what to do about that . Part of me agrees with him if you are doing well losing the weight then you really dont need to see but then again its my part of the accountability process.

I have 5 more free visits left before I start getting charged and he suggested every other month as long as I'm doing well.

If I ever come to a point that I'm starting to gain or eating more then my cup of food call the office and they can get me in ASAP.

My next visit is May 2ND he said to call about a week before and postpone if I need to .

What to do what to do .
