FOOD CONFUSION!!!
I'd not risk that O'Charley's bread, its a soft yeast roll, right? you know how you can roll that white bread up into a little ball and it looks kinda like glue? then that's probably what it will do in your stomach while trying to get thru your band. same thing for most white products, stick to whole grains, it will keep you satistied longer and better fiber. white stuff is just junk, and since we dont' have alot of room in that baby stomach, jsut eat the good stuff and forgo the junk. I think your NUT will agree but check just in case.
