Hello - I am not on here as much as I would like so for those of you who don't know me my name is Kim. I am 5 years out and here are my before measurements and today. I am sharing to tell you all this really really works! I am 3 months away from my black belt in Muay Thai kickboxing. Working out and working the band has changed my life!

Shoulder before 50 in - after 39.5
Chest before - 50 after - 40
Waist before 51.5 after 35
Hip before 52.5 - after 43.5
thigh before 30.5 after 21.5
bicept 15 after 10.5

5 years out and down 130
