Thank you! I haven't thought of looking at it like that before but I have thought of lifting up my son or giving him a piggy back ride or something to get an idea of what I HAVE accomplished, even though he is only 41 pounds it still gives me a great picker upper =)

That is so awesome. You are doing great, keep up the good work. Im still in the process of gettin everything done to get the lap band. I know its not easy but im so ready to get it and start on the path of a healthier me..

 congrats on all your success! Sometimes I think success is measured by the weight loss alone. You have shown that is not the case at all! Your list of things you can do is inspiring! I'm grateful also for the ability to do things that hurt me before. Keep up the great work and you will reach your goals!!

Thanx for your post!! This is actually one of the big reasons I am leaning towards the lap band!  First off, I have never lost 60 pounds with any diet!! 

I want to loose weight at a slower pace so that my body can adjust:)  In my research, it seems like the people that take it off slower have better long term success (with the lap band.)  60 pounds in a year would be a heavens sent for me!!!!  you are an inspiration :)
Just had my RNY on 7.2.12!!!!  WOOHOO!!!!!
