Congrats! Lift something up that weighs even 1/2 of what you lost and it will just amaze you.
Your comment made me giggle because when I hit 125lbs lost a few friends that I work out with said hey try lifting 125 lbs (we were at the gym) so you can see how much weight you've lost. I put the weight at 125 lbs and I couldn't even come close to lifting it....hahaha. None my friends could either. But some how I carried that weight around with me every day!!!

Hey congrats on the 50lbs and the one year anniversary!!! Yesterday was my 2 year anniversary.
My first year was hard also...but I got used to my band and all of the no-no's, and I discovered exercise. I lost more in second year than I did in my first year.
So here's to a successful year for both of us!!!!
Listen to the band, it says---- I will tell you when to stop eating, if you listen. I will tell you to eat slower, if you listen. I will tell you to chew chew chew your food, if you listen. I will tell you what foods keep you satisfied, and which slide through, if you listen. It won't be easy, but it is possible, if you listen. Very wise post whatadream.
