I just bought the Flat Out Wraps today!  Will try tomorrow for lunch.  Sounds great with spinach too.

What are flat out wraps?  Can you tell me the brand name so I can look for them here in Canada?  (I had a bite of a tortilla wrap the other day and have had some discomfort ever since - too soft perhaps??)  I am 4 weeks post-op.  Thanks!  Karol

I'm pretty sure that is the brand name, "Flat Out Wraps."  They sell them at my grocery store AND also at netrition.com where I buy all of my other WLS goodies.

Like you, I can't eat them as is, I use them for my version of "pizza" and bake them in the oven for 7 minutes to get it crispy.  Then I take it out, add my healthy toppings (FAVE - spinach, artichoke hearts, mozarella, parmesan, garlic, FF Creamy Italian is my "white pizza") and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes until the toppings are melted and bubbly.  It's crunchy that way, not dough-y, so my tummy can handle it beautifully! :)

Lisa,  Thanks for the recipe of what to do with the flat out wraps.  Tomorrow I'm going to google where I can get them here and MAKE THAT PIZZA.  I have been craving pizza but am terrified of anything doughy.  Spinach, artichokes hearts... maybe some roasted red peppers.  Yummy - thanks!  Karol

My grandmother cooked some chicken and dressing, corn, green beans, mashed potatoes so we went over there to eat lunch. I had some pizza for supper.
