6-week exercise challenge: 3/21 - 5/1
Seems to be enough interest to keep this going, so I'm going to start tracking a new 6-week challenge starting Monday. Pledge how many minutes you will exercise over the 6 weeks, and every week I'll ask for folks to report their minutes and post totals showing completion towards goal.
If you'd like to participate, please reply here with your 6-week goal. I'll kick it off with a pledge for 1350 minutes (45 mins 5x per week).

Thanks for doing this!
Put me down for 2000 minutes please. With the warmer weather ahead, I should be able to get outside more for some good walks.

Your timing couldn't be more perfect...I'm just starting to get serious about exercise.
Put me down for 1000 minutes.

Courage is not always a lion's roar. Sometimes, it is a small voice at the end of the day saying I will try again tomorrow.

Put me down for 2000 also. I really need to get my butt moving. I have been noticing that my body isnt moving as well as it was when I was exercising before and I have a big vacation coming up and I want to not only look awesome but I want to be able to keep up with the rest of the group. 2000 it is!!
