Seems to be enough interest to keep this going, so I'm going to start tracking a new 6-week challenge starting Monday.  Pledge how many minutes you will exercise over the 6 weeks, and every week I'll ask for folks to report their minutes and post totals showing completion towards goal.

If you'd like to participate, please reply here with your 6-week goal.  I'll kick it off with a pledge for 1350 minutes (45 mins 5x per week).

Thanks for doing this!

Put me down for 2000 minutes please.  With the warmer weather ahead, I should be able to get outside more for some good walks.

Your timing couldn't be more perfect...I'm just starting to get serious about exercise.

Put me down for 1000 minutes.

Hello,
I won't be banded until June or July but I want to lose 17 pounds before surgery. I hope it is okay that I want to pledge time. I thought it might help me get back to the gym. Let's see 120 mins and 6 weeks = 720mins.
Thanks!

Thanks for doing this.  Put me down for 2000.
