Oh Sarah- your pre-op picture is a good picture. You still have the same beautiful smile before and after. The band couldn't change that and why would you want it to.  You look great!  Still beautiful and healthier than ever.

Sarah, you are truly one of the prettiest people I've ever seen! No matter what size, you're stunning.

Despite my summers gain, I'm holding onto the faith!
I'm still thankful the lap band helped me lose all that weight and has been helping me maintain.

My biggest advice would be to get moving. Find a form of exercise that you can handle. I do not have a good track record of doing anything formal in a gym. I'm an outdoorsy girl but the down side of that is that I don't have a steady work out schedule. I just don't do that, but I wish to hell I did. I don't know what my problem is.

But my advice is to figure out a way to get moving. The band will take care of the portions and satiety but you have to take care of the expenditures. You have to burn more than you intake. The equation is quite simple if you look at it like that.

This was a couple of years before surgery........not even my heaviest weight

This is about where I am now.......I had gotten smaller before my band slipped.  I am glad to be back down to this again!
