4 Days Post Op

Days 3-5 were brutal for me too...do you have someone to massage your shoulders by chance?  My 10 year old (at the time) was helping me with this during the day. Maybe it was all in my head, but it seemed to "break up" the gas bubbles or something and relieved the pain a bit.  Plus, free massage!  lol

If you can manage it, kneel down and put your head on the floor with your but up in the air. It helps.
