Seeing everyones pictures inspires me and lets me know that it can be done. I have a long way to go for a before and after. Maybe I'll do a before and a progress so far.

Before and now pix are great too. In my first year as a post-op, I had my husband take a front and side photo of me, which I then posted here on the band forum. Bragging about our progress with photos is 1000% OK here!

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
