March is my band anniversary month .. later I will give everyone my story my ups and downs and all the rest.. but today I just wanted to share a pic :)

April 2009 .. I had already had surgery and had already lost weight and current picture was taken Sunday.. i love MY crap band :)

I like to post photos because the speak VOLUMES ...my jeans were soo cute but by the end of the day they were 2 sizes too big oh well 11.99 can't complain lol

Happy anniversary! And band anniversaries are actually more than being like birthdays! Brthdays come round whatever we do. Band anniversaries are the anniversary of the day we decided to take control! And your photos showed you really have done just that!

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
