It actually was the the person who's feelings I hurt's  responses...you did not respond to me on that post at all.  Furthermore, she accepted my apology and friended me after.  She has posted since then, so no, I didn't scare her off.

Now please answer the questions I put out there for you regarding Formerly Fluffy.

Quite obviously I did NOT do the research that I needed to do prior. I thought I had.........just like most of the bandsters think they have. And of course some have FULLY researched it.

Now as you well no, I have never claimed to be a charity. As far as my blog...........OH is well aware of it. Apparantly you think you know more about their TOS than they do! lol

No, I don't know that you never claimed to be a charity...as CEO, it would seem that you are incorporated as an entity, either for-profit or not-for-profit....
