This made me smile today

Hi you guys!  We always remember and focus on the bad, can you guys think of something that happened today that made you smile?   It can be something really small or something huge---I will take it all.  

Here's mine, it's gonna appear small to some but us wives with spoiled hubbies will understand:
(don't judge me-it's a 2 way street here, we have spoiled each other for 16 years).

I had surgery on Wednesday and my husband found the laundry hamper!  Yeah for him, he actually found it.  Can you believe it, after 16 years?  Had surgery Wednesday, went to the laundry room on Saturday and noticed 3 dress shirts in the hamper.  Not hanging on the banister, not on the bathroom or bedroom floor.  Now the test will be today, when he comes home will he do a repeat or revert.  

I am cheating but it is a good cheat.  My friend took care of my son for 3 days while I had surgery and when I got home she cooked a full meal for my family (she doesn't like to cook).  She also brought me the cutest flowers and everytime I look at them I smile.

Come on you guys let's do this.  I would love to see hundreds of responses and if you don't have one go do something nice for somebody, smile and then tell us about it.  Here is to a wonderful week! 

This morning I dropped a clean sheet on the floor... my cat ran over to it, smelled of it and then plopped down and started rolling all over it! 

I could do nothing bu****ch & smile!  Gotta love those pets!

AHHHH you are so right!  Pets just get it don't they?  They are just LOVE!  Gotta love a cat who can appreciate fabric softener.  Must be spoiled.  Have a wonderful rest of the week.

So true!  We could all take note and learn!  When we complain we forget things like that don't we?  Thanks for reminding us.

Gee, I want to come up with something that made me smile so far today but I can't!!!  Sad eh??
The day's not over yet.  There's plenty of things that I am grateful for but as far as smiling today...not a one.   Hmmmm

I know it's Monday, keep trying to come up with something.  Try this:  Even if you don't feel like it.  As you are walking smile at someone you don't know and see how they smile back.  I bet you will make their day and just maybe they will make yours.  Just wanting to smile is half the battle.  Some of us wake up and choose to be happy.    Sounds like you do too.

My shoes are big! That was a surprising NSV!

My younger sister called me a sexy mama today!  Made me smile for quite a while!  She is a sweetheart!
