Hello guys

I am on here always talking about much I failed at the band at first...then how well I did after I started to incorporate exercise into my daily routine.  How much exercise has changed my life is hard to put into words...so I will show pictures

I was at the point of giving up with my Band then I decided to try again.  If all has failed you have nothing to lose by giving it one last try...look what it has done for me!!!

I was 354 lbs in the first pictures...the second pictures I'm at 218 lbs!!!  I have lost a total of 52 inches...which is more than 4 feet!!!  I was a size 30/32 now I am a size 18.  I still have about 50 more pounds to go...

Keep up the good work.  You have finally "got it."   The band does take a definite commitment to work.  I also think not everyone can be successful with it.  I am still trying to figure out why I have been so successful.   There should be some kind of a survey for weight loss surgery.  I think lifestyle and eating habits have a lot to do with success or failure and which surgery would be best.  I don't do that much exercise. Yet the band works for me.

I hate exercising too...I like the feeling of accomplishment after wards.

Your words------ I don't do that much exercise. Yet the band works for me.

Would you mind much if I said "Ugh...I hate you"  hahaha...I'm joking of course!!!!
