Quick Question

Good luck with that one! I tried several- bought one, not satsified, bought another etc..
I tested them out by walking 100 steps and got my DH and DS to do the same. NONE of them were consistent!. For that 100 steps, with me the range they gave was always over - as high as 160! For my DH it was between about 130 and 140, for my DS 90-110!
So I gave up!

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

Not sure what your budget is, but I've had good luck with an Omron pedometer. They used to run around 20 to 25 at amazon.com. The one I got was programmable as suggested and would work either clipped to my waist or in my pocket. The company claimed it would even work in your purse.. I never tried that.
It's been a while since I bought one, but the last time I did.. the one I liked was the second most expensive on amazon. I don't do the gps as I live way out in the country and don't really need it.
My trouble with it would be that I would forget it was in my pocket or clipped to my waistband and in the washer it went .. sometimes they'd recover from washing and sometimes they would not.
Good luck with finding what works for you.
