What Are We Eating This Tuesday?

Breakfast: Omelet (1 egg, 1 oz sausage, 1/2 oz cheese)
Lunch: Applebees - half oriental grilled chicken salad and HALF of a Packzi
Snack: egg salad and crackers
Dinner: chicken quesadilla (4oz chicken breast and 1/2 oz cheese in a low carb tortilla topped with salsa)
GYM - 2.5 mile run, followed by ab work and lower body weights
