Question

 Hi All,
I'm almost 3 wks post-op and am currently on pureed and full liquids.  Woke up this morning with a HORRIBLE sinus headache  and achy muscles.  Can I take sinus pills?  Should I break them up?  What about Advil?  Any help would be great...

I WOULD recommend Tylenol liquid but it's off the market for the time being. Call your doc and ask them for a suggestion. I always take Sudafed without any problem, but I don't know what you should take at 3 weeks out.

My surgeon only recommends Tylenol. Like Bette said, Liquid Tylenol is currently been pulled off the shelves. Call your doctor. You might want to try a nose spray or buy a bottle of Ayr! That will help some. Or a neti pot too! It won't help the achy muscles, but should help the sinus issue!

Check out the children's section for meds.  You should be able to find something in liquid or chewable form.
