FINALLY GOT THROUGH TO MY DR.S OFFICE FOR A 2ND FILL AFTER 8 1/2 WORKING DAYS!

.. AND THIS IS ONLY AFTER I MADE A COMMENT THAT IM GOING TO HAVE TO COMPLAIN.  I LEFT AT LEAST 7 VOICE MAILS. SHE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE... . EVER.
THIS OFFICE HAS BEEN HARD TO REACH EVER SINCE I BEGAN MY JOURNEY.
IM THINKING I WILL STILL COMPLAIN TO DR SHIN, WHAT DO YOU THINK? THANK GOD I WASNT IN NO IMMEDIATE DANGER!

For a medical practice to be unaccessible by phone and not to reply to voice mails is totally unacceptable.

You need to complain and get a phone number that will be answered!

You need to find out who the office manager is and complain big time. That is unacceptable for a medical practice. And a complaint to the doctor when you see him is in order too. They are so busy, they rely on their staff to run the office smoothly and when it isn't they are the last to know.

Lilly - I would definitely talk to him about it.  Is it the receptionist or someone else you are calling directly?

Oh its definitly the secretary. I have seen her myself click the off button (or whatever it is ) as I was checking out. Im definitly going to complain directly to him. 8 1/2 days to get a appointment from her.. and her reason was that Dr. Shin was out all but one day last week.. So what.. she is still at that desk all week and needs to answer her phone. Pathetic
