Yep, hubby and I bought those Dosidos peanut butter cookies and the thin mints from girl scouts yesterday at the mail...they are EVIL indeed 
and will slide down a very restricted band better than healthy food.

Perhaps a donation to the GS would have been a better choice? But anyhow - the cookies are gone - thats a good thing.
What were you feeling when you bought/ate them? Were you coming out of the grocery store "famished"? Were you hurrying and "stressed"?
I once had my band so tight the ONLY things I could eat was icecream and cookies - very counterproductive. The key is to keep the band at the level where u can eat solid protein and fill up on that!

The Girl Scout Ice Cream they make at this time of the yr is delish also it taste exactly like the cookies lol.
