I feel like that if I haven't had enough fluids during the day. Breakfast is the worst if I haven't had at least one full glass of water when I wake. Are you drinking enough fluids? Dehydration causes the band to feel tighter.
Lisa you might try Papaya enzyme when you are stuck on proteins. The enzyme helps break down the protein. I usually pick mine up at GNC, but I'm sure you can get it other places.
