Band Rules/Info

Hey, can someone give me the rules/info again that floats around here about how the band is not merely for restriction but to suppress the appetite? It's a pretty lengthy list of info. I have a friend who is having lap-band surgery and I would love to share this with her. Thanks!!!

thanks so much for this. It confirms that my having the surgery two days ago was the right decision for me. It is full of great info...
