D: Protein shake blended with a banana
W: treadmill run (3 miles), push ups and abs

Getting a fill today after having some fluid taken out last month prior to being admitted to the hospital (not band related). I really need a fill since I have been able to eat what ever I want, plus I was put on NO exercise for over a month.  I sure hope I get good restrition!!!

L: 3/4 c ricotta cheese, 3T low-carb spaghetti sauce, sprinkle of mozzarella
S: 3/4 c FAGE 0% Greek Yogurt, 1T SF Torani Butterscotch syrup, 4 strawberries-sliced
D: 3/4 c Turkey Chili, garnished with red onions, sprinkle of shredded cheddar, dollop of greek yogurt
S: 1 slice of Shelly's 5-minute Protein Cake (white chocolate raspberry this time)

L 1/2 multi grain  orowheat thin with turkey, cheese and lettuce

B 2oz meatloaf with baked cauliflower with Parmesan cheese and garlic
