So I have made it to the 6th month mark.  I went for my Dr appointment yesterday.  It was the first time that a Dr said "he was proud of my weight lose" ever in my life.  He said I am losing as much or more than someone who had bypass.  Where upon I reminded him what I said to him when he tried to talk me into bypass!    It feels good to be right against a Dr.

I have lost a total of 88 pounds and a total of 30 inches over all!  That is the weight of a 8 or 9 year old. I am wearing a size 12 which is a size I have never wore in my life and a 35 inch waist.  It can only get better right?

Thanks for all the support and help out here.

Hi Teach!
Wow! 88 lbs. is definitely something to be proud of! Way to go! I have a support Group meeting tonight which I am excited about going to- I missed last month's due to being down with a cold. I'll be curious to hear how all of your labs come back. It's always fun to see the numbers come down (or up depending on which tests were run.) So let us know how things are going and keep us informed! Can't wait until I can get into a size 12 jeans! I'm in 18's now. Miss chatting with you, friend!
