Tightness in chest?

Hey guys, after being on soft solids for over a week now post op I tried eating some very tender chicken cut up into microscopic pieces. They went down fine since I haven't had any fills but about an hour later I felt a tightness in my stomach/chest area that lasted until the next day. Is this just my stomach adjusting or did I eat something too big too soon? Thanks in advance!

Slowly eating microscopic pieces of chicken is OK, but it might have been a bit too soon for you. Was the chicken white meat or dark meat? I have trouble with white meat no matter how moist and tender it is.

It comes from transitioning to more dense food too quickly, same thing happen to me when I tried to eat a scrambled egg on week two. Take it easy.......

I had to eat a lot of dense protein in sauce.. like a little bbq sauce or tomato sauce I couldn't just eat 4 ounces of chicken.. some people can.. proceed with caution.
