Starting over yet again

Ok starting tomorrow I am cracking down on what Im eating.  I am going to make sure to take my vitamins and supplements and to get my protein in EVERYDAY.  And if I slip up yet again I give you all permission to comment at me in CAPS using bright colors and to whip me with pasta products that I have in the house and am not quite sure why its here.  I have been stuck at the same weight for quite a while and have been on a bit of a Reece Cup binge damn the Reece people and their peanutty little heaven filled chocolate cups.

I had to start over back in October and I have been successful.  I have steadily lost weight since.

Good plan!  The protein is so important. Whenever I'm in a long stall it's always the protein that helps me out.

You can do this.  I hope those darn candies are now gone and if not, get rid of them, and I don't mean by eating them!!!
Don't forget to weigh and measure your food and to write it down.  All the little things you did in the beginning are there for a reason.   I wish you the best.

One thing I use to stay motivated, is think of the next set of clothes u will buy!! Spring is coming and that means pretty clothes.! Last year, I hated to shop and only did so for necessity.. Now that the weight is coming off, I look forward to the current fashions ( well, sort of, I have 2 little ones and they get me pretty dirty! ). LOL
Hang in, I know u can do it!!
