What Are We Eating This Wednesday?
Early: Coffee and 20 oz water
Breakfast : Jimmy Dean sausage and cheese omelet (freezer section, EXCELLENT)
Lunch: Ground turkey/black beans/corn wrapped in a small tortilla
Snack: 5 crackers, laughing cow light wedge, 2 slices of thin turkey breaset
Dinner: 5oz bacon wrapped filet, steamed veggies, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
GYM: 2 mile run followed by full body strength training and ab work.
