B: Yogurt mixed w. Raisin bran
L: Leftover hummus, tabloulie, tom, feta, chicken & yogurt sauce
S: Grapes
D: Beef & Brocc stir fry
W: 30 mins cardio, 30 mins weights

Start/293lbs   Current/189lbs  Goal/160lbs

Early: Soy Latte (2)
B:1/2 protein shake
L: Salad with a black bean burger ( I need to go grocery shopping)
S: Luna Bar if needed
D: picking up vietnamese( I am getting a fill tomorrow so I want my favorite 1 more time)
W: 3 mile run on treadmill

Early:  Coffee and 20 oz water

Breakfast : Jimmy Dean sausage and cheese omelet (freezer section, EXCELLENT)

Lunch: Ground turkey/black beans/corn wrapped in a small tortilla

Snack:  5 crackers, laughing cow light wedge, 2 slices of thin turkey breaset

Dinner: 5oz bacon wrapped filet, steamed veggies, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes

GYM:  2 mile run followed by full body strength training and ab work.

Breakfast: Kashi Go Lean w/Almond Milk

Lunch: Green Beans w/Chicken

Dinner: Chicken w/side of veggies... not grean beans maybe brocolli

snack: strawberries..
