Everyone is different but here are the things I can't eat because they are hard on my band.

Pasta
Bread
white meat chicken/ turkey
raw veggies (salad is out of the question)
pizza dough

Everybody is different there is alot of us that can eat anything but in moderation and then there are others that cant eat certain foods.

I keep my band on the loose side though I will never get my band to the point where I cant eat that or this but that is just me and how Im doing things.

I can eat anything I want but I chose not to eat certain foods for the time being while Im losing weight which is pasta .  I was never a big pasta person anyways so its no big deal to me.

I still eat bread with sandwiches but I buy low carb and its not every day .

Each person is different and then if you can eat them foods you need to make decisions on how often you will eat them foods, when to eat them foods and how much you eat of them foods.

Yep, it'll vary person to person, but here's mine:

- most soft bread (toast is fine as is grilled, like a grilled cheese)
- beef and venison
- ANY meat that's overcooked and/or dry
- conch (not that I eat it that much, but I like it), other seafoods are fine
- pizza crust and pizza cheese (the crust is just too starchy and the cheese is fine if I don't overdo it)

I can do raw veggies and salads some days, but not others.
No pasta, rice, bread or pizza. It will pass through eventually but is not worth the discomfort.
I have no idea about meat since I am a vegetarian, but I have no problem with meat substitutes.
Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who said it, no matter if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense. - Buddha

Unfortunatly bread and pasta are not a problem for me wish they where LOL..(I eat gluten free so maybe that is why I can eat them).

I can eat all meats and fish except for ground beef and if meats are leftover or dry. Most all veggies are fine, corn is a little rough but seeing as I only eat my veggies after my meat no biggie anyway.

Once again everyone is different, just be sure to follow your surgeons instructions especially for the first 6 weeks which in my opinon is a very important time period.

I guess its going to be trial and error. Hopefully not much error. Lol. I havent had any problems with anything yet.. Not even the slight bit of gas. Ive always had a stomach of steel so hopefully that will work in my favor.

Would it be smart to keep a drink handy in case something gets stuck?? I know youre not supposed to drink with meals...
