I AM GUILTY TOO! IN THE LAST 30 DAYS I HAVENT SEEN THE GYM, SERIOUSLY NOT EVEN DROVE BY IT, I HAVENT EATIN ONE COMPLETELY HEALTHY MEAL, ANDI HAVENT MEASURE, I HAVE DRANK CARBINATED DRINKS!
**WOW TIME TO SAY NO MORE! I DECIDED TO HOLD MYSELF ACCOUNTABLE THIS WEEKEND AND NO EXCUSES CONSIDERED! I STARTED NEW TODAY. I WENT TO GYM I TANNED I ATE 2 EGGS WITH CHEESE FOR BREAKFAST AND CHICKEN BREAST WILL BE FOR LUNCH AND VEGGIE SALAD FOR DINNER! TODAY IS A NEW DAY! **

I also haven't been consistent with exercise. I've been using EA Sports 2 for the WII, and the dang thing kept messing up, and I'd get so frustrated that I'd just quit. Solution: Returned game for refund, and will join a gym this week.
On the plus side, even though I'm completely unfilled, I have been faithfully keeping my portions to "bandster" size, and have lost my holiday weight gain.

This is why I have not told many people that I have had WLS. The band does not make me get up and exercise everyday. The band does not stop me from eating crap that is loaded with calories but goes down fine.
At the end of the day it is your HAND putting THE FOOD into YOUR MOUTH.
I lost 100lbs at my year mark and then for some reason I decided to have a little holiday and stop logging my food and not exercising everyday but missing a day here a day there. My weight lose came to a screeching halt and it took about 6 months to get off 12 lbs. Once I went back to putting the hours into the exercise and logging every bite that goes into my mouth the weight is coming off again.
Tami- PB is my DEVIL FOOD. If I was on a deserted island that is the food that I would want. Thank God I can no longer eat bread. A big slab of fresh French Bread, a big chunk of butter and a big Ol smear of PB and I would always think I died and had gone to heaven. The funny thing is that this was not a everyday thing for me. But when I got the urge I probably ate most of the bread and 1/2 jar of PB at one sitting.
I realized yesterday that I really lost just 36 pounds since last feb. I know..I lost, did not gain... but I felt like I lost more than that...
I deiced to recommit myself to my journey
I started keeping a food journal again.... (since yest morning) and being honest with myself.. I did write the blobs of cookie dough I ate last night...
If I lie on my own pesonal food journal, I am lost!!
SO I am RECOMITTING myself to my journey...
I Want this to work and I have control over it... (but not the cookie dough I guess).... :(

I had all of my fluid removed from my BAND last November and STILL get stuck at times so I have been "cheating" on the bad foods....
Well, my cheating ways have now gotten me in trouble! I have gained 5 pounds since the first of the year! Gosh, I LOST on our cruise and now...outta control!! I need to get the 5 pounds off! I was almost at the 70 pound mark in almost a year and now...just 63 (sniff, sniff)..
I have NO ONE to blame but myself! I am extremely happy with the 63, don't get me wrong but enough is enough..
I NEED MY MOJO BACK!! Here is to being at 65 pounds on my 1 year BANDIVERSARY!! That is my new mini-goal!! I have 1 week to lose 2 pounds!! I need to DO IT!!
