Lost when it comes to food
You're welcome, Kendall. I also kept my band a little too tight for about a year and a half, after regaining 15 lbs. I kept saying I would get a little unfill as soon as I lost that weight, but kept playing with 10 lbs. up and down. I ended up with an ulcer because of too much stomach acid, which could be from having a too-tight band. So, now I'm completely unfilled. I went back to eating the way I did when I first started (pretty close to what I posted above), and am losing again. Lesson learned. A tight band can lead to band problems, *and* doesn't mean you'll lose weight! MUCH better to stay on the looser side and ENJOY eating healthy, whole foods. One thing I've found that really helps is to put more into the prep for my veggies. I just don't like plain old steamed broccoli or whatever. But, if I take the time to actually follow a recipe, I enjoy the veggies every bit as much as the "main" course.
