I'm FREEZING!!

I was cold too, most especially my hands and feet, for about 4 weeks. (The feet still get a bit colder than usual when the temp drops)  The more I exercised the better it got ( as I got hot and sweaty).  Of  course, living in the south, the temp is warmer here at this time of the year, and that could have something to do with it. Now I just have to deal with strong stomach growling and hunger 2 1/2 hours after I eat even when I  increase my protein.

Hi,
I feel cold all the time too! But , I also have a thyroid problem.
The only other explanation I could say as to why we are all feeling cold is "there is less fat on all of us to keep us warm anymore"! LOL
Drink hot fluids, get some more blankets ( I sleep with 4) and some warm, fuzzy socks. That's my routine.... Good luck and keep warm!
