I walked over 1/4 mile today. A huge accomplishment for me considering the furthest I am usually able to walk is across the room. Sorry, I had to post this. I am excited!

I remember my glee at the moment I experienced it too... its an amazing accomplishment. I am so proud of you. Next it will be a 1/2 mile and before you know it... the sky is the limit baby!

Thanks for the encouragement! I didn't even get out of breat. I have to use a walker but I tried to lean on it as little as possible. I also played kickball with my boys......just long enough for one kick. But they were impressed. lol
