Exercise physiologist to explain the importance of exercise and go through some simple routines.  Maybe explain some of the machines...some people are intimidated by the machines.

Some one into fashion that can explain the best way to dress for your current weight.  Also they go into hair and makeup. It may have been years since some people have dressed up and need some advice.

Nutritionist ( I know you said this already) I think you should have some one that will talk specifically about organic foods and clean eating.

Psychologists (I know you said this already too) Just want to see if you covered any of these subjects-

Food addiction
Family and friends and how they deal with your weight loss
relationships and how weight loss effect marriage and sex

How about a meeting of weight loss success stories.  It could be inspirational and uplifting.  People can talk about their journey.  Maybe give some tips that that helped them along the way.

Renee:

We just had our support group last night and we had a healthy living chef and he did a food demonstration and cooked a warm quinoa salad and they handed out good size samples for WLS patients. He answered lots of questions about how to cook different protein sources and the differences about buying organic and differences between name brands and store brands.

It was a great turn out and tremendous success. We will be having him again as a presenter in a few months. St. Louis has a tremendous culinary school and we just called and spoke to someone there and this gentleman is one of the teachers at the school.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
