HELP!!
For the first few months, you probably will not be full. I just stuck with the Dr's recommendations and went with that. I'm assuming Dr S. gave you the usual recommendations of 3-4 oz dense protein, first, then 1-2 oz of veggies/fruits, 3 x a day? I actually used to say that my Dr was trying to starve the weight off of me. I felt like I was dieting in the beginning, but once you start to get your fills it will change, slowly. Once you reach your sweet spot, you will be more satisfied, then full. That old, stomach so full you cannot add another bite thing, doesn't happen anymore. Liquids will not make you full. If you aren't on solids yet and have not went in for your first follow up, I was told don't worry so much about amounts, this is your healing time. Good luck and if all else fails, give your Dr a call and ask.
