exercise and stuck episode
This morning I got in 55 minutes of exercise (strength training and cardio) and got very hungry. I can't eat in the mornings so at about 30 minutes later I heated some chicken, sweet potato and green beans from last night. This was about 11:30 am. I got about three bites in and could not get anymore in. I tried chewing slow, spaced eat bite about five minutes apart and ended up stuck.
Could the strenuous exercise tightened my band to that point of having the above happen?

Good job on the exercise! Reheated chicken at any time of the day just does not work for me at all. My NUT sugg'd just eating it cold if I wanted to take care of leftovers. If that is still hard, I add a teaspoon of LF mayo or Olive Oil mayo - to give it some moisture.
I would try the exercise again and a different source of protein - see if that is any different. If you're still really tight after the exercise, you may want to try drinking warm tea or something and then try to eat.
