Fills and Strenous Exercise

I am scheduled to have my 3rd fill on Friday.  I'm currently training and conditioning for the upcoming women's football season.  It is a very, very strenous training.  I was just wondering since after each fill you have to liquids then mushies, is it a good idea to continue such a workout?  Has anyone had any experience with this?  I don't want to kill myself.  I will be doing the fill Friday and have a 4 to 5 hour practice on Saturday.  What do you think?  I will post this on the exercise forum too!

well I only did the liquids for two days then did the mushies for one day and started the stage  5 right away. I was to hungry I couldn't do it.  I've read on someones post and their doc told them they could eat right after the fill as long as theyn chewed their food and ate slow.

It depends on how hydrated and how many cals you get in to see if you have enough energy. I'm allowed to have yogurt after a fill ( general liquids)  You might just have to see how you feel energy wise.  It's hard to say.  Myself, I would try the practice.  Take some drinks with you etc.
