You can make lots of new friends on here. Keep reading and posting. You'll find some folks you seem to click with and you can write back and forth if desired. Learn all you can before your surgery. You will hear good things and bad things so be prepared and don't let it throw you.
Not everyone loves their bands and not all have been successful and they will tell you about it for sure. You need to know the good and bad but don't get scared off either. Just learn all you can and make your own decision. Choose what you feel is best for you.
