Lapband Removal
I'd recommend an unfill before resorting to another surgical procedure.

You may not need to get your band removed, you are either too tight OR you've already slipped your band, if your band has not slipped you may only need a unfill, there still may be hope that you can save your band by getting a complete unfill if you only have pouch dilation, if your band has truly slipped out of place then you must have it removed or replaced.
You need to see your surgeon ASAP, if you've been too tight like this for a LONG time it lessens your chances of getting your band to work properly again.
If you have not slipped you need to remember that any night time vomiting and regurgitation in your sleep is a warning to get some saline removed and if you don't see your surgeon immediately this could cause you your band.
