Taco Salad.... yum.... skip Taco Bell... try this..
Craving a taco? Skip Taco Bell and try a homemade taco salad. That is what we did tonight! This is one of my favorite meals. It is filling, low calorie, low fat, high protein, and full of flavor! Give it a shot. Yumm.

Old El Paso low sodium taco seasoning
1/4 cup nacho & taco shredded cheese

This is one of my favorite meals. But I prefer to use 95% fat free beef. I haven't tried the ground turkey yet. When we fix this I buy baked tortilla chips for the kids to add to their and I skip the chips. I also add fat free sour cream.
