You might be too tight if ...

I've heard other people mention more mucous, but I never had that, except for a few times that I got stuck.  But, I can certainly see that happening, especially with allergies.  

And you're right...many bad band endings began with "I knew I was too tight, but..."  

I've been trying to research to find out what it is about a tight band that causes acid reflux.  Have you ever heard a reason behind it, Kath?  The only thing I found online was a brief reference to vagus nerve compression, which can reduce some of the bodies natural acid reducers.
