Post fill port pain???

No, I have never experienced that. I carry more of my weight on my lower half, and I imagine if a person is a apple shape, it would be more difficult to access their port. Do you get bruised? You might try an ice pack for a short time after a fill and see if that helps. You could also ask your surgeon.

I get post-fill port pain every time. It's obnoxious, but I just accept it. Working my abs more does help. It's painful at first (more stomach crunches or ab-work at the gym) around the port when I worked my abs, but it has made the post-injection port pain ease up a bit. Added benefit is the ab-work is starting to show.
Hang in there. Pretty soon you will not need fills as often so it will not be as big of a deal.
