Chest Pain in Morning
Hello all bandsters.
It's been almost a month that I had an adjustment. Since then when I get up in the morning I feel tightness when I first wake. I've heard this can be normal for some. But I usually can't eat till 2-3 hours later. At that point I still have trouble eating. I have one bite of food. Usually the food will go down but I regurgitate saliva and if I don't I'm in horrible pain.
I chew gum quite frequently and at times even if I haven't had anything to eat for hours I start have spit up issues.
Is this normal?

Have you tried to drink something hot in the morning to see if "loosens" things up?
I have never been that tight and I wouldn't like the pain issue. This is for life and that doesn't sound like fun. I can eat anything in the morning even when I first get up.

I can't eat first thing and often don't until about 10:30 or so. But from then on I have no problem at all.
I have never been as tight as you describe and in your shoes would have a small unfill.
We should never be so tight that eating is unpleasant.
