Found a food that works on super tight mornings...

I have been so tight lately, and yesterday I took a bite of my daughters yoghurt "TUBE" stick and was waiting for the pain... but it slid right down.  The yoghurt tubes are not the epitomy of healthy but they are a fairly decent snack in a pinch.

Just thought I would share.

I don't post very often anymore but do come around every so often to visit.

I can always get coffee and a protein bar down.  Don't know why, that or a protein shake is usually breakfast.
