It's hard putting myself out there. But here are pics my friend took without me knowing. At my heaviest. One month before starting my diet in preparation for surgery. This is me 114 pounds ago......ok as soon as I figure out how to post pics......

I had to open up another window to do this and flip back and forth to copy and paste my pics to my new post.
1. Go to your photos
2. Bring up the photo you want to post
3. Scroll to lower right corner where it says "copy & paste"
4. Right click to highlight the link
5. right click again on copy
6. flip over to your other window open for your post
7. Right click on the new thread and click paste.
