W: 30 mins cardio, 30-40 mins weights

LF ground beef with low fat mushroom soup
Not sure what my other meals will consist of yet. Probably more pudding with whey and string cheese.

Breakfast: egg scramble

Lunch: Ham (low sodium deli) cheese roll ups with a side salad of cucumbers and tomato splash of rice vinegar

Dinner: Yogurtland .. meeting a friend..

Gym: 60 min carido and some weight lifting

    w/light cream cheese
L: Turkey & cheese roll-up w/mustard, protein bar
D: Roast beef, cottage cheese, potatoes & carrots, salad.
S: SF pudding w/protein or Oatmeal w/protein
