What a difference a year makes!

This is The day before surgery and Today!  I just needed to share my latest progress picture. I've had a rough couple of months (plateau/not a great bandster) and needed inspiration to see how far I've come.  Tomorrow:  Zumba!!!

I absolutely love Zumba!  I'm a "social" work out person though... so I take it at my gym, not in my living room.  Although I hear the videos are amazing and good as well.
