L: 2 boiled eggs, 2 tsp. dill reli****bsp. mayo (egg salad)
Sn: (LOL) 1 homemade pickled egg and about an hour later a handful of peanuts
i gotta stop the peanuts but dang they are so good
S: 4 oz talipia fish, 1/2 cup grilled squash and onion
Got 60 oz of propel water in
I did not get all my proteins in. I cleaned a rental cabin this morning and it took me about 1 hr. getting sick so came home and have been laying on couch with blankets
