Good morning.  I'm on my first (of two) cups of coffee today.  Here's how I hope the rest of my day shakes out.

Early: Coffee
B:  Cereal with milk
L: Leftover chicken and cheese from a mexican place
D: Hot beef 

I want to go to the gym today, but I have this open house to go to.  I LOVE my YMCA but I wi**** opened earlier than 1:00 for people like me who don't go to church on Sunday mornings.  It totally screws up my day.  So I'm not sure how I'm going to make it all work, but I will try!

L:    Prob. Just ProteinShake (sick)
D:   White Chicken Chili

if i want or need a snack it will either be an atkins choc. bar or a fiberone bar

Water mixed with Propel
