1 year ago today I was probably walking in the hallway of the hospital thinking what have i gotten myself into.
Well I have gotten myself into an extra large shirt.
Size 14 pant and skirt.
Large sweat pant.
I have gotten myself to eating healthier.
Knowing that chips are sliders butttttt after a small bag it is plenty( it use to be one of those big bags)
I have realized that i can live my life very happy without having a bagel with tuna and chips.
Straws soda are not missed
That I would miss salads.
the elliptical is really not bad
Friends and family will never quite get it but thats ok as long as I do.
I am important
I lost more weight than an elephants penis
I would see the number 1 and 8 on the scale. Yes I saw 189.5
I am stronger than I ever thought I was
And Yes I would do it again.

There were downs along with the ups but today for me it is all about the positive because I can choose it to be that way and do.

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
