Any lapbander lost 100 lbs in 1 year?

Wow, it's great to read all these posts. What an inspiration! I was very close to hitting the 100 in a year. I would have to look through my records to see if it was at the 13 month point. I walked just about everyday that first year. I have now added the 30 Day Shred to increase my strength. I thought I was in good shape, but this DVD is really decreasing the inches.
As far as eating:
60+ grams of protein
64 oz of water
I followed my surgeon's plan and was very careful with portion sizes. I want to protect my band as much as possible and have never PB'd, but have had 4 very painful stuck episodes on too dry of food, where the food came back up and it was not a "burp".
Set behavior goals, not weight related goals. The scale doesn't need to have so much power to let if effect my day.
